gnu: gcj: Fix build on armhf.
* gnu/packages/patches/gcj-arm-mode.patch: New file. * gnu/local.mk (dist_patch_DATA): Add patch. * gnu/packages/gcc.scm (gcj): Add patch. [arguments]: Delete failing tests.
