gnu: network-manager-vpnc: Use 'libnma'.
* gnu/packages/gnome.scm (network-manager-vpnc)[arguments]: Add
configure flag '--with-libnm-glib=no'.
[inputs]: Replace 'network-manager-applet' with 'libnma'.
