gnu: gpsbabel: Enable tests.
* gnu/packages/patches/gps.scm (gpsbabel)[source]: Add patch. [arguments]: Enable tests. * gnu/packages/patches/gpsbabel-fix-i686-test.patch: New file. * gnu/local.mk (dist_patch_DATA): Register it.
