gnu: guile@2.2: Build with '-fexcess-precision=standard' on i686.
* gnu/packages/guile.scm (guile-2.2)[arguments]: New field. (guile-3.0)[arguments]: Inherit arguments from GUILE-2.0 instead of GUILE-2.2
