gnu: libavif: Update to 0.11.1.
* gnu/packages/image.scm (libavif): Update to 0.11.1.
[arguments]: Remove check phase.
[native-inputs]: Add GOOGLETEST.
[inputs]: Add LIBJPEG-TURBO, LIBPNG, and ZLIB.  While at it, remove labels.
