gnu: Add java-xerces.
* gnu/packages/java.scm (java-xerces): New variable.
* gnu/packages/patches/java-xerces-bootclasspath.patch: New file.
* gnu/packages/patches/java-xerces-build_dont_unzip.patch: New file.
* gnu/packages/patches/java-xerces-xjavac_taskdef.patch: New file.
* gnu/local.mk (dist_patch_DATA): Add them.
