gnu: sbcl-clsql: Activate postgresql support.
* gnu/packages/lisp-xyz.scm (sbcl-clsql)[arguments]: Remove 'clsql-cffi.asd' from 'asd-files'. Add 'clsql-postgresql' to 'asd-systems'. Add 'fix-build' phase.
