gnu: Sync GNU synopses and descriptions.
* gnu/packages/games.scm (gnugo): Adjust synopsis.
* gnu/packages/libffcall.scm (libffcall): Likewise.
* gnu/packages/lisp.scm (clisp): Adjust synopsis and description.
