gnu: python2-fastlmm: Move to machine-learning.scm.
This is a step towards removing OCaml modules from the closure of (gnu packages python). * gnu/packages/python.scm (python2-fastlmm): Move to... * gnu/packages/machine-learning.scm (python2-fastlmm): ... here.
