gnu: mailutils: Look up Scheme variables in the right module.

* gnu/packages/patches/mailutils-variable-lookup.patch: New file.
* gnu/packages/mail.scm (mailutils)[source]: Use it.
* gnu/local.mk (dist_patch_DATA): Add it.
