gnu: ncurses: Rewrite using gexps.
* gnu/packages/ncurses.scm (ncurses-rollup-patch): New procedure.
(ncurses)[arguments]: Rewrite using gexps.
[native-inputs]: Remove labels and remove "rollup-patch" input.
(ncurses/gpm, ncurses/tinfo): Rewrite using gexps and remove input
label.
