gnu: dropbear: Update to 2019.77.
* gnu/packages/ssh.scm (dropbear): Update to 2019.77.
[source]: Remove patch.
* gnu/packages/patches/dropbear-CVE-2018-15599.patch: Delete file.
* gnu/local.mk (dist_patch_DATA): Remove it.
