gnu: gsl: Update to 2.6.
* gnu/packages/maths.scm (gsl): Update to 2.6. [source]: Remove patch. * gnu/packages/patches/gsl-test-i686.patch: Remove file. * gnu/local.mk (dist_patch_DATA): Remove it.
