gnu: inkscape: Fix build with glibmm-2.48.
* gnu/packages/patches/inkscape-drop-wait-for-targets.patch: New file. * gnu/local.mk (dist_patch_DATA): Add it. * gnu/packages/inkscape.scm (inkscape)[source]: Add patch.
