gnu: libxcb: Update to 1.12.
* gnu/packages/patches/libxcb-python-3.5-compat.patch: New file.
* gnu/local.mk (dist_patch_DATA): Add it.
* gnu/packages/xorg.scm (libxcb): Update to 1.12.
[source]: Add patch. Download from new home.
[home-page]: Change to new xcb.fd.o home.
