gnu: pulseaudio: Add patch for 'volume-test'; re-enable tests.
* gnu/packages/patches/pulseaudio-volume-test.patch: New file.
* gnu-system.am (dist_patch_DATA): Add it.
* gnu/packages/pulseaudio.scm (pulseaudio): Use it.  Remove
  #:tests? #t.
