gnu: Remove python-pyflakes-2.2.
* gnu/packages/python-xyz.scm (python-pyflakes-2.2): Delete variable. * gnu/packages/patches/python-pyflakes-test-location.patch: Remove file. * gnu/local.mk (dist_patch_DATA): Remove it.
