gnu: casync: Fix build with glibc 2.28.
* gnu/packages/patches/casync-renameat2-declaration.patch: New file. * gnu/packages/sync.scm (casync)[source]: Use it. * gnu/local.mk (dist_patch_DATA): Add it.
