gnu: python-jedi: Update to 0.16.
* gnu/packages/patches/python-jedi-deleted-variables.patch: New file. * gnu/local.mk (dist_patch_DATA): Adjust accordingly. * gnu/packages/python-xyz.scm (python-jedi): Update to 0.16. [source](patches): New field.
