gnu: bitcoin: Fix test failure with Python 3.8.
* gnu/packages/patches/bitcoin-core-python-compat.patch: New file. * gnu/local.mk (dist_patch_DATA): Adjust accordingly. * gnu/packages/finance.scm (bitcoin-core)[source](patches): New field.
