gnu: busybox: Update to 1.31.1.
* gnu/packages/patches/busybox-1.31.1-fix-build-with-glibc-2.31.patch: New file
* gnu/local.mk (dist_patch_DATA): Add it.
* gnu/packages/busybox.scm (busybox): Update to 1.31.1.
[source]: Use patch.
[arguments]<#:phases>[check]: Fix test.
