gnu: kmscon: Add runtime keymap update support.
* gnu/packages/patches/kmscon-runtime-keymap-switch.patch: New file.
* gnu/local.mk (dist_patch_DATA): Add it.
* gnu/packages/terminals.scm (kmscon)[source]: Add patch.
