gnu: Add nginx-socket-cloexec.
* gnu/packages/patches/nginx-socket-cloexec.patch: New file. * gnu/local.mk (dist_patch_DATA): Add this. * gnu/packages/web.scm (nginx-socket-cloexec): New variable.
