gnu: jq: Update to 1.6.
* gnu/packages/web.scm (jq): Update to 1.6. [source]: Remove upstreamed patch. * gnu/packages/patches/jq-CVE-2015-8863.patch: Delete file. * gnu/local.mk (dist_patch_DATA): Remove it.
