gnu: aspell: Patch CVE-2019-25051.
* gnu/packages/aspell.scm (aspell)[source]: Add patch.
* gnu/packages/patches/aspell-CVE-2019-25051.patch: New file.
* gnu/local.mk (dist_patch_DATA): Register it.
