gnu: upx: Fix CVE-2021-20285.
* gnu/packages/patches/upx-CVE-2021-20285.patch: New patch.
* gnu/local.mk (dist_patch_DATA): Register it.
* gnu/packages/compression.scm (upx): Apply patch.
