gnu: jfsutils: Adjust for GCC 10.
* gnu/packages/patches/jfsutils-gcc-compat.patch: New file. * gnu/local.mk (dist_patch_DATA): Adjust accordingly. * gnu/packages/file-systems.scm (jfsutils)[source](patches): Add it.
