gnu: spice-vdagent: Fix build with glib >= 2.68.
* gnu/packages/spice.scm (spice-vdagent)[source]: Add patch.
* gnu/packages/patches/spice-vdagent-glib-2.68.patch: New file.
* gnu/local.mk (dist_patch_DATA): Add it.
