gnu: gd: Fix CVE-2016-8670.
* gnu/packages/patches/gd-CVE-2016-8670.patch: New file. * gnu/local.mk (dist_patch_DATA): Add it. * gnu/packages/gd.scm (gd)[source]: Use it.
