gnu: ghc-monad-par: Add a patch to fix tests on GHC 8.6.
* gnu/packages/patches/ghc-monad-par-fix-tests.patch: New file. * gnu/local.mk: Add it. * gnu/packages/haskell-xyz.scm (ghc-monad-par): Use it.
