gnu: Add libxml2-xpath0.
* gnu/packages/patches/libxml2-xpath0-Add-option-xpath0.patch: New file...
* gnu/local.mk (dist_patch_DATA): Register it.
* gnu/packages/xml.scm (libxml2-xpath0): New variable.
