gnu: graphicsmagick: Fix CVE-2017-14165.
* gnu/packages/imagemagick.scm (graphicsmagick)[source]: Add patch. * gnu/packages/patches/graphicsmagick-CVE-2017-14165.patch: New file. * gnu/local.mk (dist_patch_DATA): Register it.
