gnu: mailutils: Update to 3.5.
* gnu/packages/mail.scm (mailutils): Update to 3.5.
[source]: Remove patch, remove snippet.
[native-inputs]: Remove flex, bison.
[inputs]: Remove guile-2.0, add guile-2.2.
* gnu/packages/patches/mailutils-uninitialized-memory.patch: Remove file.
* gnu/local.mk (dist_patch_DATA): Remove it.
