gnu: bigloo: Update to 4.0b.

* gnu/packages/scheme.scm (bigloo): Update to 4.0b.  Patch the
  `configure-gc' scripts.  Remove `patch-absolute-file-names' phase.
* gnu/packages/patches/bigloo-gc-shebangs.patch: Adjust to new version.
