gnu: libsoup: Update to 2.58.1.
* gnu/packages/gnome.scm (libsoup): Update to 2.58.1. [arguments]<#:configure-flags>: Specify HTTPD module directory. [arguments]<#:phases>: Don't load mod_mpm_prefork for tests.
