gnu: wine: Update to 7.0.
* gnu/packages/wine.scm (wine): Update to 7.0.
[inputs]: Remove now-bundled faudio, lcms, libxml2, libxslt, libmpg123,
libpng, libjpeg, and libtiff. But read the comment.
* gnu/packages/wine.scm (wine, wine64, wine-minimal)[arguments]:
Add a new 'patch-SHELL phase. Don't explicitly return #t from phases.
