gnu: libcdio: Fix test failure with glibc 2.36.
* gnu/packages/patches/libcdio-glibc-compat.patch: New file. * gnu/local.mk (dist_patch_DATA): Adjust accordingly. * gnu/packages/cdrom.scm (libcdio)[source](patches): New field.
