gnu: seqan: Update to 2.4.0.
* gnu/packages/bioinformatics.scm (seqan): Update to 2.4.0.
[native-inputs]: Replace bzip2 with xz.
(seqan-1): New variable.
(tophat)[inputs]: Use seqan-1.
