gnu: xbindkeys: Refer to tk's wish interpreter.
Fixes <http://issues.guix.gnu.org/46255>.

* gnu/packages/xdisorg.scm (xbindkeys)[arguments]: Add a ‘sanitise-shebang’
phase.
[inputs]: Add tk.
