gnu: xenon: Update to 0.9.0, rename and relocate.
* gnu/packages/python-xyz.scm (python-xenon): Rename to... * gnu/packages/code.scm (xenon): ... this. Update to 0.9.0. [native-inputs]: Delete field. [inputs]: New field. [phases]: Delete argument. (python-xenon): Mark as deprecated.
