gnu: mesa: Enable Vulkan drivers for Intel and Radeon.
* gnu/packages/gl.scm (mesa)[arguments]: Add
"--with-vulkan-drivers=intel,radeon" to configure-flags for x86_64-linux.
[synopsis]: Mention Vulkan.
