gnu: Mark a few packages as unsupported on MIPS.
* gnu/packages/gprolog.scm (gprolog): Add 'supported-systems' field.
* gnu/packages/qemu.scm (qemu-headless): Likewise.
* gnu/packages/qt.scm (qt): Likewise.
* gnu/packages/scheme.scm (racket): Likewise.
