* gnu/packages/admin.scm (shadow): Update to 4.6.
[source]: Remove upstreamed patch.
* gnu/packages/patches/shadow-CVE-2018-7169.patch: Delete file.
* gnu/local.mk (dist_patch_DATA): Remove it.
