gnu: hwloc: Add 2.0.0.
* gnu/packages/mpi.scm (hwloc-2.0): New variable.
* gnu/packages/patches/hwloc-tests-without-sysfs.patch: New file.
* gnu/local.mk (dist_patch_DATA): Add it.
