gnu: fontconfig: Build fix for the Hurd.
* gnu/packages/patches/fontconfig-hurd-path-max.patch: New file. * gnu/local.mk (dist_patch_DATA): Add it. * gnu/packages/fontutils.scm (fontconfig): Use it.
