gnu: python-pytest: Update to 4.3.0.
* gnu/packages/patches/python-pytest-pluggy-compat.patch: New file.
* gnu/local.mk (dist_patch_DATA): Adjust accordingly.
* gnu/packages/check.scm (python-pytest): Update to 4.3.0.
[source](patches): New field.
[arguments]: Skip five new tests.  Disable tests by passing them as arguments.
