gnu: glibc: Fix cross-compilation to powerpc64le-linux-gnu.

* gnu/packages/patches/glibc-cross-objcopy.patch: New file.
* gnu/local.mk (dist_patch_DATA): Add it.
* gnu/packages/base.scm (glibc)[source]: Use it.
