gnu: bind: Update to 9.12.2.
* gnu/packages/dns.scm (bind): Update to 9.12.2. * gnu/packages/patches/bind-CVE-2018-5738.patch: Delete file. * gnu/local.mk (dist_patch_DATA): Remove it.
