services: provenance: Save channel introductions.

* gnu/services.scm (channel->code): Include CHANNEL's introduction, if
any, unless CHANNEL is the singleton %DEFAULT-CHANNELS.
(channel->sexp): Add comment.
* guix/scripts/system.scm (sexp->channel): Change pattern to allow for
extensibility.
