gnu: Add Prosody service.
* gnu/services/messaging.scm: New file.
* gnu/services/configuration.scm: New exported procedures.
* gnu/local.mk (GNU_SYSTEM_MODULES): Add gnu/services/messaging.scm.
* doc/guix.texi (Messaging Services): New section.
